Multiguna Construction & Development Sdn. Bhd. (27476-X) was incorporated in Malaysia on 17 May 1976 as a Building and Civil construction company and is ISO 9001 : 2015 certified. As a registered CIDB G7 & Registered Contractor (by Construction Industry Development Board, CIDB) contractor, specialising in construction of purpose-built buildings, mainly on factory and warehouse buildings.
Since incorporation until todate the Company has undertaken and successfully completed numerous industrial buildings catered for various different industries. The Company has through its years of service gained credibility and won the trust many clients and also suppliers who testify to the Company’s reliability, efficiency and quality of work.
Design & Build
With the design and build concept, where we can integrate our construction expertise and maintenance experience into our design functions to produce products of cost effective and excellent quality.
Build & Transfer
In the Build and Transfer concept (BT), the company will purchase the land, design, build and finance the project. The building will be designed to the customer’s specifications and requirements, and upon completion the building will be transferred to customer.
Development
The company would like to introduce ready made industrial buildings to the manufacturing, trading and warehousing industries. With this concept, the customer will have ZERO risk exposure, as the building is completed with C.F. Moreover, with our in depth knowledge in the industry, we are now incooperating “GREEN’ design into our concept, so that the owner can optimize on energy usage. The customer can have the options to purchase, rent or rent with an option to purchase later.
